Estimates and responsibility

TimeCardCalc offers tools and educational content for checking work hours and estimated gross pay. It is not legal, tax, payroll or employment advice. Confirm workweek boundaries, classifications, regular rates and current official rules before relying on a result. State presets model only the documented rules and limits; a verified label is not a guarantee of applicability to your employment.

Free tools and your records

You may use the free calculators, downloads and templates for personal or business time review. Keep original time records and backups of exports. Browser drafts can be lost when storage is cleared or the browser changes. Do not use the site to submit fraudulent records, interfere with service or access another person’s data.

Availability and limits

We may update tools and content as rules or implementations change. Service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses from reliance on estimates or loss of browser drafts. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Material changes will be reflected in the effective date on this page. Contact us about an error, including the affected page and a non-sensitive example.
